STANDARD TERMS. This section applies to EVERY booking placed.
By paying for this item you are entering into a contract with the Dozy Dave Magic Show.
This contract between Dozy Dave and client named in the invoice shall not become effective until the initial £30 has been paid. At the time the contract takes effect, Dozy Dave shall reserve the date and time agreed upon and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason in the event that the client cancels the contract for any reasons, all monies paid shall be retained by Dozy Dave in order to offset his loss of business. For account customers, payment in full is required no later than seven days after the event.
Covid-19
Our parties have been adapted in line with government guidelines to ensure the same amazing fun, whilst ensuring safety is at the heart of what we do.
Please note that while Entertainers 4 U LTD (TA Dozy Dave Magic Show) has put measures in place to meet government guidelines and ensure safety, it is still the client’s responsibility to ensure that all their guests are keeping to social distancing rules. Entertainers 4 U LTD cannot be held accountable for the client’s guests breaking social distancing rules.
We offer our services on the assumption that members of the public are following the government guidance on social distancing. Please do make sure you are following the government’s guidance.
The government have listed many guidance points, but most notably, they have said it is against the law to have gatherings of more than 6 people (Excluding the entertainer who is working). It is not our job to Police this, but we not be able to provide the entertainment if this number is exceeded.
Should they arrive and need to refuse their services due to breach of the guidelines, then the cost of the entertainer’s travel and administration fees would be applied to the client, which would come out of the deposit paid.
Please do also remember that you do need the space or venue to allow for every person to exercise social distancing.
We do ask that at least 2 adults are allocated by the client, to help ensure social distancing.

Bookings made after the 16th of March 2020 which are cancelled due to future Covid-19 lockdowns will not be exempt from the Deposit Terms and Conditions.
